Milk from cows fed with TMR (ratio 4) diet had the highest concentration of beta LG, alpha LA and Lf. The highest level of Lz was reported in milk form cows fed with ratio 3 (fodder pumpkin) if compered to cows fed with others diets. Milk of nbtter quality in terms of its technological properties obtained from cows during winter feeding season. Significantly better milk for dairies was produced by cows fed with TMR in both winter and summer seasons (ratios 4 and 8). Milk produced by organic farms can be valuable sources of easily digestible health -beneficial nutrients form demending consumers
