The aim of this study was to determine the influence of the effect of extrusion of corn on broiler carcass conformation, hybrid Ross – 308, which were reared separately by sex. The first group was fed a standard pelleted diets for chickens, in which the entire amount of corn in the mixture was extruded, and the control group was fed the same diets in which corn was not extruded. Measured the weight of broilers at slaughter and the yield was processed carcasses (conventional processing, ready to roast, ready to grill), the share of meat I, II, III class, and less valuable parts of the carcass, the proportion of body parts (head, neck, legs, wings , drumstick, thigh, chest and back), abdominal fat and edible offal. The testing results showed that gender had a significant effect on body weight in both treatments, the higher slaughter conventional processing and ready to grill with the females, the greater participation category meat and a higher ratio less valuable parts of the body in females in a group that was fed extruded corn, the higher percentage of liver in male and gizzard the female in the control group. Extrusion had an effect on body weight, the total percentage of edible offal and percentage of abdominal fat.
