Artificial insemination is a zootechnical method that require adherence to certain principles during process of sperm obtaining from the male animals, evaluation for the quality of native semen, semen dilution, freezing and thawing. If some oversight in any segment of these processes happens, the percentage of conception in female animals will be reduced. When doses of frozen semen reach veterinary stations, ambulance or farm, appropriate steps should be taken to keep doses of frozen semen at very low temperatures (-196 deg C). Doses of sperm are thawing at the required temperature (+38 deg C) time interval 15 seconds and in a period of 5 to 10 minutes must be applied in the genital organs of female animals.
