Polyneuropathies are common clinical problem, in the small animal practice. The work up is based on clinical neurological examination and localization. The differential diagnosis list is relatively complicated. The most common causes are metabolic/toxic diseases, inflammatory and paraneoplastic. The physiotherapy is nonspecific but very important part of therapy.
