Aim of paper was to determine impact of methods used for soil insecticide (teflutrin and chlorpyrifos) application (seed treatment and application of granules with seed) and complex mineral fertilizer with micro-fertilizer zinc in form zinc-oxi-phosphate on cutworms and agricultural performances of maize (vigor, plant count and height). Zinc has positive influence on plant grow from plant emerging till stage of developed six leaves. Impact of treatments on plant vigor was not established. Differences between application methods with or without addition of fertilizer on plant height and count in different observations were determined. Treatments had no impact on number of cutworms and number of damaged plants caused by them.
