Wastewater made due to the activity of illegal objects users in the territory of Celije accumulation, which is used as the source for water supply of the Rasina County along with other purposes, poses a serious threat to the quality of water. The main goal of the research is to calculate the amount of wastewater that is made due to the activities in the illegal objects in the territory of immediate protected zone of accumulation Celije. The research covers the territory of the three basins (Vodozahvat, Vasici, Zlatari) of the accumulation Celije. In the time frame from 26.09.2010. to 21.08.2011. the necessary data has been collected, the goal of which was to determine the number and category of illegal objects, the number of users of objects, the means of water supply and wastewater evacuation, the amount of used water and the creation of the specific amount of wastewater for each category of users (cottage owners, campers, fishermen etc.).
