European Commission has made Directive, which defines needs and obligations of Members in that way, in the aim of coordinating a work of European Union Members in direction of substitution of mineral fuel for biodiesel. A transportation sector is supplied with an apostrophe particularly. The Directive gives frames that are quantitative and defined in time. It is very important to emphasize that monitoring mechanisms of realization of predicted goals are anticipated. The potential Members of European Union have to have in mind that Directive will be obligation for them in joining moment.
