Using monthly controls was calculated from values breeding father in cattle, Black-White Holstein. This paper used data monthly lactation, a total of 2863 controls. The study of fixed factors, showed a significant effects the sires on milk yield and of quality characteristics of milk (the amount of milk fat and protein), as in the first lactation and in the other. As for the content of milk fat and protein in milk, the effect of farm, year and season did not show any significant effect. This indicates the stability of the tested farm technologies, particularly in the fields of continuity of feeding cows per season.
