Ecotourism is responsible travel to natural areas that promotes conservation. It has low visitor impact on the existing ecosystem and provides a useful social and economic involvement of local people. This work examine the possibilities of Vršac Mountains as a tourist destination in terms of special interest tourism, in fact ecotourism, based on many natural advantages that this mountains possess and in the framework of sustainable development. Through determined necessary investments and presented sustainable factors, principles of ecotourism based on international certification and characteristics of eco tours, the offer of Vršac Mountains would be enriched, and with it also the touristic offer of Vršac. Diverse eco tours which are presented as the ultimate goal of this work, through the time would become the brand product. In this way, Vršac Mountains in the future would be famous as a destination of special importance in the domestic and international level.
