The aim was to discuss organizational and economic issues of some major business indices of an enterprise. An overview of organizational and economic as well as technical and technological segments of an enterprise was given and links and relationships were described. The objective was to analyze positive business results in the enterprise focused on the purchase and processing of mushrooms, wild fruits and medicinal plants but also to mitigate or eliminate any adverse effects influencing business activities.
