The effect of application of crop residues (winter wheat, oil rape) and biopreparates (BETA-LIQ, TRICHOMIL) in Haplic Luvisols (Lo) on values of basal, potential and relative respiration was studied. The laboratory experiments with variants: A - Lo, B - Lo + WR, C - Lo + WR + B, D - Lo + WR + T, E - Lo + RR, F - Lo + RR + B, G - Lo + RR + T were established there. Applied crop residues of oil rape marked effect on increasing of CO2 production in initial phase as well as statistically significant influence on amount of CO2 evolved during incubation. Crop residues of oil rape had influence on potential and relative respiration, and utilization and stability of organic substances in soil. BETA-LIQ marked effect on the increase of CO2 production in initial phase as well as on potential and relative respiration and utilization of organic substances in soil. TRICHOMIL marked effect on stability of organic substances in soil.
