In small-plot field experiment with winter rape in locality of Želiezovce constant nitrogen nutrion in some combinations with sulphur, magnesium and boron was applied by usage of various mineral fertilizers. Aplication of mineral fertilizers increased seed yields of winter rape by from 1.03 to 1.29 t per ha (28.9% to 36.1%). There was achieved high natural effectiveness of fertilization (KNE) in the experiment, when KNE fluctuated from 6.44 kg to 8.06 kg of rape seed per 1 kg of applied nitrogen. Also high economical effectiveness of fertilization (KEE) was achieved, when KEE was ranging from 1.95 EUR to 2.35 EUR per 1.00 EUR invested for fertilization. Increment of profit fluctuated from 171.4 EUR to 249.3 EUR and rentability of fertilization was in the interval from 95.3% to 135.4%. Applied nutrition increased content of crude protein by from 9.9 to 18.0 rel. % and oil production per hectare by from 380 to 500 kg per ha, that is by 25.0-32.9%. In the consequence of fertilization, content of oil in rape seeds slightly decreased and this decrease represented 9 to 4.2 rel.%. Also the values of thousand kernel weight slightly fluctuated from increase by +2.3% to decrease by -4.5 rel. %. In all fertilized treatments uptake of all essential nutrients by rape seed increased markedly. Addition of sulphur, magnesium and boron to nitrogen favourably influenced above stated parameters of winter rape.
