The fifth annual report on the operations of Center describes ICSID activities from July 1, 1970 to June 30, 1971. During the year 2 States signed the Convention and 5 ratified it. The number of signatories therefore stands as 66 of which 62 have ratified it. The Fourth annual meeting of the Administrative Council of the Center took place on September 23, 1970, in Copenhagen, in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Bank. The report includes, list of contracting and other signatories States of the Convention; list of members of the Administrative Council and officials of the Center; membership of panels; resolutions of the Administrative Council;. It also, includes financial statement for the period under review and the opinion of the independent auditors.
