Grouping of varieties of peanut under different drought tolerance

In this study, 10 peanut varieties have been used to analyze the degree of drought tolerance in callus and plantlets. Callus after 10 days of culture brought drought tolerance assessment, methods used by the airflow blown by loading a sterile culture and plant regeneration. Assess drought tolerance at the seedling stage with three leaf stage. To examine the relationship between drought tolerance of peanut varieties with the research criteria for assessing the extent of scar tissue and young trees (survival rate of scar tissue, only a relatively limited number of subject, content prolin), the NTSYS pc software were used for grouping varieties resistant to peanut under different terms. 10 varieties can be divided into 3 groups studied communications: The group consists of two drought-resistant varieties: L12, L16; group of 4 pretty drought-tolerant varieties: L20, MD7, L14, Sen lai; consists of four main groups of drought-resistant varieties: L08, L15, LVT, TB25.
