Scientific researches are carried out determining the common weight, the weight of fresh and dry volume of leaves as well as the number of the main branching and the height of five selective materials of Stevia. The research is carried out on carbonate humus in watering conditions. The vegetation period is 135 days in average twenty-four-hour temperature of 21.3оС. Plants are obtained in culture in vitro with a height of 13.15 cm and distance of planting 10 - 30 cm. It is established that the average weight of the studied genotypes is 176.9 g to one plant in 2.33 main stems and height of 104.5 cm. The dry weight of one plant is 32.1g. The calculated regression coefficient shows proven level of significance of the influences between the common weight of the plant, the weight of leaves and also the height of the plant. There is no dependence between the morphological traits and for the content of Steviozid and Rebaudiozid A.
