In the present study has been shown clinical signs of Coenurus cerebralis case in 13 month-old sheep. After slaughtering of the animal were determined pathological, parasitological and microbiological findings in the brain. Clinical examination of the sheep revealed stupor, lack of appetite, circling and blindness. It has been carried out an autopsy and is determined three parasitic cysts of the brain – one located in parietal part - 6x4cm of the left-and two located in the parietal and occipital part - 7x5cm of the right hemisphere within the cranium. During detailed parasitological examination it has been investigated the structure of the cysts and established many scolex samples of Coenurus cerebralis – the larval stage of Taenia multiceps. It has been carried out microbiological investigation of the brain and has not determined Listeria monocytogenes, etiological agent of listeriosis in small ruminants.
