In course of the research there was studied the influence of enrichment by biological active substances (vitamins and enzymatic preparations) of rations for fattening of young pigs on their slaughter indexes and meat quality. The research on studying of vitamin influence (on an example of vitamin Bt) was realized on animals of large white breed of meat type in the conditions of a pig breeding complex 'Dnepr' (Orsha (Belarus)). The research of studying of enzymatic preparations (cellulose-lytic and pecto-lytic action) were realized in production conditions of a pig breeding complex Uritskij agri-plant in Gomel region of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research it was revealed that enrichment of rations with biologically active substances vitamins and enzyme preparations had a positive effect. It was established that the slaughter output increased at 1.13-2.03%, the content of muscle tissue in the carcass increased at 0.3-1.6%, in meat protein content increased at 0.13-1.59%, amino acids - at 0.2-0.8% and vitamins - at 29.1-80.5%.
