In course of the research there were studied the influence of endogenous intoxication in calves with different disease severity level. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of the research it was revealed that disease severity level was in direct dependence on level of endogenous intoxications and criterion of its measurement was general number of low and average molecular weight substances that would be coordinated with data which showed that there was a direct dependence between level of average molecular weight substances and dyspeptic disorder, presence at calves of metabolic disorder led to intensive accumulation in an organism of the compounding entering into group of average molecular weight substances. Increase of content of low and average molecular weight substances in blood plasma and urine of calves sick with dyspepsia specified in decrease of antioxidant protection and accumulation of toxic products in blood plasma, and then their transition in urine.
