In course of the research there was studied an influence of the combined application of the protein-viiamin-mineral additive Immovit and the essence of Tumbleweed (Salsola collina) for treatment and prophylaxis of massive hepatic necrosis at piglets in weaning period and at completion of growing in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As result of realized research it was revealed that use of the given preparations did not render negative influence on quality and safety of swine slaughter products. In the production moisture content was optimized, relative biological value of a product (101.3-103.8%) increased, and the given pork considerably surpassed meat in indicators of bacterial safety from animals of control group. At the same time in products of slaughter from animals of control group coliforms have been revealed, that does not exclude possibility at consumption of such meat without corresponding thermal processing of bacterial food poisoning development in people.
