Снижение уровня соматических клеток в молоке коров при организации регулярного контроля качества индивидуальных проб

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was determined the influence of regular quality assurance of cow milk single tests quality on the degree of animal welfare of milch herd by determination of presence of animals with increased level of somatic cells, as well as on the composition and quality of the produced products. There were presented results of studied on the decrease in level of somatic cells in milk of cows. In course of the study it was determined that carrying out on dairy-commodity farms and complexes of the organizational, technological and veterinary actions based on results of regular research of quality of individual tests of milk, within one year made it possible to halve the quantity of the animals the products of which did not correspond to the requirements of the standard of Belarus. Also as a result of the realized activities the number of cows (from which it was possible to receive only high-quality milk of extra and the best quality) increased on the average by 10,4%. Also it made it possible to improve structure of milk and to reduce the content of somatic cells on the average by 33,7%.
