Large industrial centers, such as 'Belaruskalij, collecting great number of chemical substances, appear serious objects of environment pollution, contaminating air, water and soil with solid and liquid industrial wastes. Sodium is one of the toxic substances; sodium salts, transferring into the soil as a dust from dressing plants, pollute neighbor areas. Territorial distribution of water-soluble sodium and evaluation of the level of contamination of agricultural areas with sodium salts is presented in the article. Mobile forms of sodium, distributed in the profile of sod-podzolic soils in the conditions of artificial contamination, are analyzed. Content of mobile forms of sodium in non-polluted and polluted sod-podzolic light loamy and sandy soils near 'Belaruskalij' enterprise is researched. Share composition of mobile forms of sodium in non-polluted and polluted sod-podzolic light loamy and sandy soils is evaluated. Distribution of mobile forms of sodium in profile of sod-podzolic soils with different grade of contamination is displayed. Fraction composition of sodium (total number, exchangeable and water-soluble forms) is analyzed.
