In course of the research there was studied the efficiency of application of a preparation Ekofiltrum for gastro-intestinal tract treatment on polluted by radio nuclides territories. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of the research it was revealed that at calves who treated with use of the preparation Ekofiltrum, disease passed in the easy form that was shown by reduction of defecation, excrements were dilute, yellowy-brown colour, already after the first days of application of the preparation animals had an appetite. The general condition remains without considerable changes, a body temperature within norm, pulse rhythmical, moderate force. Duration of the disease current made 3-4 days. At animals of a control group duration of disease made 5-7 days. Disease proceeded in heavier form. At studying of Ekofiltrum influence on biochemical indicators of blood of calves it was revealed, that by the end of the experiment at animals of the test group decrease in concentration of enzyme aspartate aminotransferase on 18.2% was marked. At animals of the control group this indicator decreased on 4.6%. Concentration of enzyme glutamic-pyruvic transaminase decreased at calves of the control group on 15.3%. This indicator in the test group decreased on 26.6%. Concentration of enzyme alkaline phosphatase in blood serum of calves of 1st and 2nd groups decreased in comparison with this indicator in the experiment beginning on 3.0 and 14.0% accordingly. The given enzymes were specific enough and contain mainly in liver cells. Increase of their concentration specified in processes cytolysis in hepatocytes.
