In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analyzed the comparative veterinary efficiency of a bivalent hyperimmune whey against cattle pasteurellosis, both in case of its single application and in combination with 4% solution of sulfate gentamycin. On the basis of the realized studied there were made the following conclusions: 1. Medical efficiency of the bivalent hyperimmune whey against pasteurellosis was connected with activization of humor immunity for the period of 7-14 days. That was expressed in Ig G increase in whey content of calf blood in 1,73 times. 2. Bivalent hyperimmune whey against bovine pasteurellosis was on 50% is more effective, than the monovalent hyperimmune whey in the conditions of an unsuccessful enterprises with pasteurellosis. 3. In the beginning of illness of calves it was expedient to apply bivalent hyperimmune whey for the treatment of calves in a combination to 4% solution of sulfate gentamycin that made it possible to achieve 100% recovery of sick animals, and in 3 times reduced its duration.
