Использование нестероидного противовоспалительного препарата 'Аинил' для лечения маститов у коров

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied the efficacy of use of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory preparation Ainil (Ketoprofen INN, NSAID; ATC Vet Code: QM01AE03) for the treatment of cow mastitis. Results of researches have shown that preparation Ainil rendered antiphlogistic effect and rendered positive influence on hematological parameters. Application of preparation Ainil to sick cows of experimental group in a dose of 3 millilitre per 100 kg of alive mass in course of 1-3 days made it possible to shorter the terms of convalescence of animals on 1.5 days in comparison with the control group. In course carrying out of researches there were analysed the following parameters: duration of illness (term of recovery) and the general hematological parameters of experimental animals. In clinical blood analysis by the standard techniques there were analysed the following parameters: content of hemoglobin, erythrocytes, leukocytes, thrombocytes, and hematocrit.
