The system of management of produce quality in grain-processing branch should be constant and cover the whole technological chain of produce creation: from production to realization. The main idea of the article is to convince agricultural producers of grain and rape and companies producing combined feed of the necessity to increase control of the produce quality and of possibility to obtain general final effect, expressed by improved qualitative characteristics of cattle. In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus the article examines advantages of the merge of the company 'Mogilevkhlebproduct' (Bearus) with agricultural organization 'Sovkhoz-combinat 'Gorki' (Belarus). There were shown the advantages of creation and development of cooperative-integration structures within the framework of the system of produce quality management.
