ANÁLISIS DE RIESGO DE PLAGAS PARA LA IMPORTACIÓN DE YEMAS Y ESTACAS DE ROSA (Rosa sp.) PROVENIENTE DE INGLATERRA. QUITO – ECUADOR

Spanish; Castilian. En el Servicio Ecuatoriano de Sanidad Agropecuaria (SESA) se realizó un estudio para actualizar el inventario nacional de plagas que afectan al cultivo de rosa (Rosa sp.). La metodología se basó en los reglamentos contenidos en la Resolución 025 de la CAN y la NIMF Nº 2 y 11 de la FAO sobre ARP. Para la actualización del inventario nacional de plagas se recopiló información técnica de bases de datos, instituciones nacionales de investigación y universidades. Para determinar las plagas cuarentenarias se revisó información de las plagas que afectan a la rosa en Inglaterra, reportes de que estas plagas no se encuentran en Ecuador e información de que afectan a yemas y estacas de rosa. De la actualización del inventario nacional se recopiló información de 46 plagas que atacan al cultivo de rosa en el Ecuador. Estas se dividieron de la siguiente forma: Insectos (14 especies), Ácaros (1), Hongos (19), Chromistas (2), Nemátodos (6) y Bacterias (4). De la elaboración de las Fichas Técnicas, se obtuvo una ficha para cada plaga cuarentenaria, las cuales fueron: Apple mosaic virus, Cacoecimorpha pronubana, Coniothyrium wernsdorffiae, Monilinia fructigena, Nectria galligena, Parlatoria oleae, Prunus necrotic virus y Xilesborus dispar.

English. In the Ecuadorian Agriculture and livestock Health Service (SESA) a study to update the national inventory of pests that affect rose crop (Rosa sp.) was carried out. The methodology based in on the regulations contained in the Resolution 025 of the CAN and the NIMF Nº 2 and 11 of the FAO on Pest Risk Assesment. For this, information was collected on databases, and national institutions of investigation and universities. To determine the quarantine pests, information on pest that affect rose in England, reports that these pests are absent from Ecuador, and information that they affect to the roses buds and stakes. As a result, the national pest inventory updating identified 46 pest attaking rose in Ecuador. These were divided as follows: Insects (14 species), Acari (1), Fungi (19), Chromistas (2), Nematodes (6) and Bacteria (4).
