DISEÑO DE UN SUBSISTEMA DE SEGUIMIENTO DEL PLAN OPERATIVO ANUAL DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE TRANSFERENCIA DE INNOVACIONES AGROPECUARIAS DEL INIAP

Spanish; Castilian. Con el apoyo de las Unidades de Transferencia del INIAP de Cotopaxi y Tungurahua, se procesó un Subsistema de Seguimiento. Se utilizó la Investigación descriptiva para recolectar la información necesaria. El subsistema fue desarrollado en base a la metodología diseñada y aplicada por la Dirección de Transferencia del INIAP, que consta de cuatro etapas: i) Diagnóstico, ii) Planificación Participativa, iii) Ejecución y iv) Seguimiento y Evaluación. Los resultados de la investigación son: un glosario de ciento cuarenta y dos términos que conforman el Subsistema de Seguimiento, criterios que deben cumplir las etapas de la Metodología de Transferencia y Difusión de Tecnología, se incluye el elemento “índice” en la estructura de los formatos, Planes de Capacitación en: papa, chocho, trigo, maíz y pastos, diseño de doce formatos y tres formatos acoplados para el Subsistema de Seguimiento, agrupados en formatos de la Metodología de Transferencia, Planes Operativos y Formatos de Planificación, Informes, Seguimiento y Evaluación

English. Supported by the Transference units of INIAP from Cotopaxi and Tungurahua, a monitoring subsystem was processed. Descriptive investigation was used to collect the required information. The subsystem was developed based on the methodology designed and applied by the Direction of Transference of INIAP, which consists of four phases: i) Diagnosis, ii) Participatory Planning, iii) Execution and, iv) Monitoring and Evaluation. The results of this investigation are: a glossary of 140 terms that integrate the monitoring subsystem, which must be accomplish by the phases of the Methodology of Transference and Diffusion of Technology. The element “index”, training plans on: potato, Lupinus, wheat, maize, and grasses, design of 12 formats and three formats attached to the monitoring subsystem, are included in the format structure grouped in formats of the Methodology of Transference, Operative Plans and formats of Planning, Reports, Monitoring and Evaluation.
