Shiree aims to bring 1 million people out of extreme poverty. There are five outputs the programme works towards:<br/><br/> Output One: Proven approaches to improving the livelihoods of the extreme poor taken to scale. Target engagement with 120,000 beneficiary households.<br/> Output Two: Innovation fund. Target engagement with 30,000 beneficiary households.<br/> Output Three: Lesson learning and research. Increasing consistency in approaches to addressing extreme poverty.<br/> Output Four: Advocacy. Increasing recognition of the needs of the extreme poor.<br/> Output Five: Direct Nutritional Support provided to extreme poor mothers, children, adolescent girls and family members. <br/><br/> This Annual Report is organised according to the above outputs with additional sections covering human resource management and financial management. The document reports on programme activity and achievement over the calendar year 2012.
