Evaluation of salinity tolerance of wheat lines/cultivars in the field and laboratory In order to study and evaluate salinity tolerance, bread wheat varieties and durum cultivars in vitro response to salinity levels in the germination stage in the factorial experiment in randomized complete block design with three replications in the number of 18 lines with the control (Kavir) and Sistan in levels of salinity, 0,150, 300 and 450 mM sodium chloride (Merck) was performed, also evaluate the tolerance to salinity, the number of 20 varieties/ Lines of bread wheat and durum in saline soil condition in one year crop (2008-2009) in Ahvaz station in experiment Randomize Complete Block Design with three replicates were sowing. Results indicted that germination and emergence in laboratory and grain yield in field condition line No. 3 (SS-81-5) has salinity tolerance and line No. 17 in three stage germination and emergence in vitor and grain yield in soil salinity condition relative superiority is well. This Line with name Star that has late maturity is already significant level of cultivation is in the Khuzestan proviance. In vitor in the germination stage Lines No. 6 and 15 and seedling stablishment, (root and stem elongation) lines No. 5 and 12 and in soil salinity condition from planting until maturity line No. 10,14,18 and 20 relative advantage and salt tolerance were
