Two forages including alfalfa( 2nd and 3rd cuts ) and sainfoin ( 1st, 2nd and 3rd cuts ), barley grain, wheat straw and barley straw were sampled throughout of the GOLPAYGAN area, using stratified randomized sampling method. Samples were analyzed chemically and in situ degradability was carried out, using of three fisultaedsheep. The crude protein (CP) cotent of alfalfa, in early vegetative, early bloom, mid bloom and full bloom were 19.97, 18.71, 18.53, 18.62% in 2 nd cut and 25.63, 20.39, 20.51 and 19.31% in 3 rd cut respectively.which were significantly ( p0.01) different among the stages and cuts. The concenteration of crude fiber (CF) in different stages wrer 25.22, 25.98, 26.58 and 26.18% in 2 nd cut and 17.42, 24.41, 24.26 and 25.81 % in 3rd cutrespectively. The corresponding values in different stages for acid detergent fiber ( ADF) were 28.89, 30.40, 31.20 and 30.75 % in 2 nd cut and 21.77, 28.70, 28.43 and 29.43 in 3 rd cut respectively. There were significant ( p0.05) differences between cuts for CF and ADF.The effective degradability of alfalfa at different stages were 78.84, 76.39, 74.86 and 75.36 for dry matter and 47.05, 43.48, 41.89 and 39.46% for CP respectively which were significantly ( p0.05 ) different among the stages. The CP cotent of sainfoin in mid bloom and full bloom were 15.31 and 15.23; 16.43 and 16.90; 21.72 and 19.93% in first ,2nd and 3rd cut respectively which wrer significantly ( p 0.05 ) different among the cuts. The ADF content were 34.72, and 34.06; 28.93 and 29.89; 23.53 and 26.74 % in the three cuts respectively which wrer significantly ( p 0.01 ) different among the cuts. The in situ degradability were 77.71 and 77.44 for DM but 24.56 and 26.03 for CP respectively which wrer not between stages. The concenteration CP, CF and ADF were 2.56, 38.54 and 42.90% for wheat straw ;3.57, 35.36 and 40.52 for barley straw and 9.45, 6.06 and 6.65% for barley grain respectively. The DM degradability was 58.22 and 59.93 in wheat straw and barley straw respectively.
