Evaluating and estimating canola evapotranspiration (Etc) by lysimeter and determine crop coefficient (Kc) under standard condition

In order to determine Canola evapotranspiration an experiment was conducted in uromia kahriz station for 3 years. Two drainagable Lysimeters were used to determine Canola evapotranspiration (Etc) with measuring irrigation water, precipitation and drainage water in ten days and for a month in different growth stages and compared with refrence crop evapotranspiration which measured by Lysimeter. Canola evapotranspiration determined by measuring irrigation water amount, drainage water and precipitation. The effective atmosphoric factors were temprature, sunny day hours,wind speed and precipitation which measured in methrilogical Kahriz dtation. Canola has been sowed in mid September and harvested in the end of spring. The mean three years Canola evapotranspiration was 439 mm in No1 Lysimeter and was 425.4 in No 2 Lysimeter. And total avarage evapotranspiration of canola for three years was 432.2 mm. The mean amount of precipitation for three years in growth stages of canola was 137.8 mm. Canola crop cofficient was 0.87 at initial stage , 1.08 at crop development , 1.13 at mid season and 0.6 at late season stage. At the end of growth stages total production is harvested in the lysimetrs and four 10 m2 frames from out of the lysimetrs have been harvested. Total avarage three years yield of canola was 4.57 ton/ha in the lysimetr and 4.02 ton/ha at out of the lysimetr. The avarage of oil and protein percentage in the lysimetr were in order 43.6 and 19.40 percent and at out of the lysimetr were in order were 45.5 and 19 percent. Because of moisture careful kontrol and accurate water requirewment calculation, the yield in the lysimetrs were more than out of the lysimetrs. The mean amount of WUE for three years was 1.05kg/m3 in the lysimetrs.
