In order to primarily evaluation of potato clones developed from crossing of some cultivars and selected from hybrid single plant and also selected clones from previous experiments, in this research they were studied in many characters such as Agronomy, Morphology, and field infection to viruses compared to four cultivars as checks in augment design in two regions, Karaj and Behbahan. The results showed that about 25 clones in Karaj and 12 clones in Behbahan and superior yield than others and checks, so were introduced for complete studies. They were many clones with good characteristics like high stems, yellow flesh, and shallow eye tubers in ones that had high yield. Percent of dry matter content of tuber in clones were measured in laboratory. and revealed that about 40 clones had 20% or above it. Infection of potato clones to important viruses were determined by DAS-ELISA test in two regions and result of it showed that only one selected clone in Karaj was infected to PV A and other infected clones had'nt high yield and good characteristics.
