On the basis of compared analysis of the data obtained by the author, as well as those cited in the sources of literature, a summarized characteristic of the peculiarities of Krebs Cycle during the transformation process of amino acids from typical chernozem soil is presented for the first time. The metabolic pathways, the determination of the formed amino acids nature and their correlations, are conditioned by the structural parameters and the size of molecular weight of biomolecules. Molecular breaking of biomolecules in catabolic pathways (40, 65-138,97g/mol) outstrips the anabolic ones (29,89-113,61 g/mol), determining the balance between them as being negative (- 18,25-28,13%).
