Neural simulation of the inflience of osmotic pressure at the level of the activity of alpha-amylase of the intestine of Russian sturgeon | Нейросетевое моделирование воздействия осмотического давления на уровень активности альфа-амилазы слизистой оболочки кишечника русского осетра

English. The aim of the work is to analyze the possibility of the usage of the neural network of multilayer perceptron type for the forecasting of changes of the level of activity of alpha-amylase of mucous tissue of the intestine of Russian sturgeon (Acipenser güldenstädtii Brandt) during the influence of the osmotic pressure on this enzyme. The activity of the enzyme was tested by means of standard physiological and biochemical methods. Necessary level of osmotic pressure was created by means of sodium chloride. All the experiments were carried out in vitro at the temperature + 25 deg C. For the simulation of changes of the level of activity of the enzyme a multilayer perceptron with one hidden layer was used. There were three neurons in the hidden layer of the neural network. For the learning of the model there were created training, validation and test groups from the experimental data. The learning cycle consists of 60 epochs. The analysis of the changes of the root-mean-square error of the model in the course of the learning allows drawing the conclusion about high quality of the learning of the neural network and the absence of the effect of overtraining. This conclusion was confirmed by the analysis of linear regression and correlation between the experimental data and the results of simulation. A high accuracy of the forecasting of the model and good generalization were confirmed. The conclu-sion about availability of the neural network simulation while analyzing the impact of environmental factors on the digestive enzymes of fish has been made. Besides it is necessary to state that learning algorithms of neural networks do not guarantee minimization of the error. Such index as the root-mean-square error, being rather accurate, can be unevenly distributed across the researching range of influence.

Цель работы – анализ возможности применения нейронной сети типа многослойного персептрона для прогнозирования изменений уровня активности альфа-амилазы слизистой оболочки кишечника русского осетра (Acipenser güldenstädtii Brandt) при воздействии на данный фермент осмотического давления. Активность фермента определяли с использованием стандартных физиолого-биохимических методик. Необходимое осмотическое давление создавалось с помощью хлорида натрия. Все эксперименты проводились в условиях in vitro при температуре +25 град. С. Для моделирования изменений уровня активности фермента использовался многослойный персептрон с одним промежу-точным слоем. Число нейронов в промежуточном слое было выбрано равным трем. Для обучения модели из набора экспериментальных данных были сформированы обучающая, тестовая и контрольная выборки. Цикл обучения сети составил 60 эпох. Анализ изменения среднеквадратической ошибки модели в ходе обучения позволил сделать вывод о хорошем качестве обучения нейронной сети и об отсутствии нежелательного эффекта переобучения. Данный вывод был подтвержден при исследовании линейной регрессии и корреляции между экспериментальными данными и результатами моделирования. Подтверждена высокая точность прогнозирования модели наряду с хорошей обобщающей способностью. Сделан вывод о перспективности нейросетевого моделирования при анализе воздействия факторов среды на пищеварительные ферменты рыб. Вместе с тем необходимо отметить, что алгоритмы обучения нейронных сетей не гарантируют достижения минимально возможной ошибки, а такой показатель точности моделирования, как среднеквадратическая ошибка сети, хотя и является достаточно надежным, может быть неравномерно распределен по исследуемому диапазону воздействия.
