Response of soft spring wheat varieties on environmental conditions in the steppe zone of Western Siberia (Northern Kulunda) | Реакция сортов яровой мягкой пшеницы на условия внешней среды в степной зоне Западной Сибири (Северная Кулунда)

English. The aim of investigations was to evaluate the contribution of genotypic and environmental variability to the total phenotypic variation of the main economically valuable signs of spring soft wheat under conditions of severely continental climate. Varieties of different groups of ripeness were studied in the experiment carried out in 2006-2008 in the Novosibirsk region: Pamyati Azieva is middle-earlyvariety, Kantegirskaya 89 and Omskaya 24 are mid-season ones, Omskaya 28 and Karagandinskaya 70 are middle-late varieties. The varieties were sown within three periods. The contribution of the genotypic variability to the total phenotypic variation of the sign the grain yield was 35.8-69.2% in arid and typical for the zone years. The contribution of the genotypic variability in the total phenotypic variation of the sign vegetation period duration was 45.6%, seeding time – 27.1%, and the interaction between years and genotypes was 21.7%. Under arid conditions the duration of the vegetation period is mainly influenced by the seeding time (58.3-63.3%), under favorable conditions it is mainly affected by variety features (69.8%). The greatest contribution of the genotypic variability in the total phenotypic variation of signs is noted for main spike grain mass, thousand-kernel weight and main spike length. The meteorological conditions of the year of vegetation have the significant influence on the total phenotypic variation of the crude gluten content (60.7%).

Исследования проводили с целью оценки вклада генотипической и средовой изменчивости в общее фенотипическое варьирование основных хозяйственно ценных признаков яровой мягкой пшеницы в условиях резко континентального климата. В опыте, проводившемся в 2006-2008 гг. в Новосибирской обл., изучали сорта различных групп спелости: Памяти Азиева – среднеранний, Кантегирская 89, Омская 24 – среднеспелые, Омская 28, Карагандинская 70 – среднепоздние, высевавшиеся в 3 срока. Доля генотипической изменчивости в общем фенотипическом варьировании признака "урожайность зерна" в засушливые и типичные для зоны годы составляла 35,8-69,2%. Доля генотипической изменчивости в общем фенотипическом варьировании признака "продолжительность вегетационного периода" составляет 45,6%, срок посева – 27,1% и взаимодействие "годы - генотипы" – 21,7%. В засушливых условиях на продолжительность вегетационного периода наибольшее влияние оказывает срок посева (58,3-63,3%), в благоприятных – сортовые особенности (69,8%). Наибольшая доля генотипической изменчивости в общем фенотипическом варьировании признаков принадлежит массе зерна главного колоса, массе 1000 зёрен и длине главного колоса. Существенную роль в общем фенотипическом варьировании признака "содержание сырой клейковины" играют метеорологические условия года вегетации (60,7%).
