Influence of the diet nutritional value on the functional range of quail intestinal microflora | Влияние питательности рационов на функциональный спектр микрофлоры кишечника перепелок

English. In three weeks test the effect of the diet nutritional value on the stability of quail intestinal microbiota to the action of antibiotics was studied. There were the following variants in the experiment: usual diet (control); the diet with high (up to 24%) protein content (fish-meal); usual diet with the antibiotic; diet enriched in protein with the antibiotic. The antibiotic (tylosin tartrate) was provided during the second week of the experiment in a dose of 80 mg per head in a day. At the end of the experiment samples of the contents of the rectum were taken. Functional range of the intestinal microflora was determined by multisubstrate test (MST), the titre was on the Kod's medium. The most consumed quail intestinal microflora food substrates were mannitol, maltose, lactose, glucose, xylose, galactose, starch, fructose (the degree of utilization was 4.8-5.4 points); the middle consumed substrates were sorbitol, sucrose, raffinose, arabinose, glycerin (2.8-3.2 points); the least consumed substrates were dulcitol, inositol, rhamnose (0.3-0.9 points). The enrichment of the diet with protein contributed to increase in the microflora titre on 1-2 points, activity - up to 25% in comparison with the traditional composition. When exposed to the antibiotic, the titre and the activity of microflora reliably changed only against the background of enriched diet (decrease was approximately 20%). Thus, the increase in the protein content in the diet of the quails can be accompanied by the decrease in stability of the intestinal microflora to antimicrobial factors.

Russian. В эксперименте длительностью 3 недели изучали влияние уровня питательности рациона на устойчивость микробиоты кишечника перепелок к действию антибиотиков. Схема опыта предусматривала следующие варианты: обычный рацион (контроль), рацион с повышенным (до 24%) содержанием белка (рыбной муки), обычный рацион + антибиотик; обогащенный белком рацион + антибиотик. Антибиотик (тилозина тартрат) вводили в течении 2-й недели эксперимента в дозе 80 мг/гол. в сут. По окончании опыта отбирали пробы содержимого прямой кишки. Функциональный спектр микрофлоры кишечника определяли с помощью мультисубстратного теста, титр – на среде Кода. Наиболее потребляемые кишечной микрофлорой перепелов пищевые субстраты – маннит, мальтоза, лактоза, глюкоза, ксилоза, галактоза, крахмал, фруктоза (степень утилизации 4,8-5,4 балла); в средней степени – сорбит, сахароза, раффиноза, арабиноза, глицерин (2,8-3,2 балла); в наименьшей – дульцит, инозит, рамноза (0,3-0,9 баллов). Обогащение рациона белком способствовало повышению титра микрофлоры на 1-2 балла, активности – до 25%, в сравнении с традиционным его составом. При воздействии антибиотика титр и активность микрофлоры достоверно изменялись только на фоне обогащенного рациона (снижение примерно на 20%). Следовательно, повышение количества белка в рационе перепелов может сопровождаться снижением устойчивости кишечной микрофлоры к антимикробным факторам.
