Four different types of media, corn, sorghum, the Sao Hai rice variety and broken unpolished rice pieces, were evaluated for their ability to increase the quantity of spores of white mascardine, Beauveria bassiana, over different short time periods. Broken unpolished rice pieces were the most suitable food media were attained in the broken unpolished rice pieces. Thus after 7, 14, 21 and 28 days incubation, 2.14*10**(9), 3.06*10**(9), 3.86*10**(9) and 4.13*10**(9) spores/ml, respectively. In conclusion, broken unpolished rice pieces were found to be the most suitable food media for the production of spores of white mascardine, B. bassiana. Test pathogenicity and virulent of white mascardine on broken unpolished rice pieces media at different short time periods (7, 14, 21 and 28 days). Inoculation test on adult of Brontispa longissima. That B. bassiana could infected adult of B. longissima after 3-5 days that mean of percent morality were 76, 78, 80 and 76, respectively. The result showed not different every time B. bassiana could infected adult of B. longissima.
