Odor is regard as one major quality index of durian. The quality evaluation of durian volatile compound with GC-TOFMS and E-nose were presented of type and relationship between both methods. The evaluation of durian odorants by GC-TOFMS was directly method for detecting the concentration of each compound. However, E-nose was indirectly method for evaluate volatile compound owing to the instrument can indicate only differentiation of each set of sample. Therefore, the correlation was frequently applied to its relation. From the evaluation of durian volatile compound was presented high correlation between sensor data (LY2/LG, LY2/G, LY2/gCTL, LY2/gCT, T70/2 and PA/2) and relative concentration of total volatile compounds. Also, these sensors were appropriated for analyzing odor of durian CV. Monthong in further.
