Parasitic diseases of animals negatively influences on organism, declining weight gain, reducing milk yields and causing animal death. Existing anti-parasitic preparations are mono-component for the most part, causing addiction of parasites. Therefore, development of modern, effective and accessible anti-parasitic preparations appears an important problem of veterinary science. Determination of the influence of immune-stimulators and complex anthelmintic on calves' immunity with associative parasitoses of digestive system is made. The paper presents the results of research of leucogram, T- and B-lymphocytes levels, T-helpers, circulating immune complexes before and after the use of immunostimulants and complex antiparasitic preparation against associated parasitic diseases of gastrointestinal tract of calves. The most effective preparations are outlined; real positive influence of mentioned substances on immunity of calves is evaluated.
