In course of the research there were studied reserves of production efficiency increase of products in the organizations of the meat-processing industry in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research it was revealed, that the profitability of meat-processing manufacturers could not be increased without the reduction of meat cost. An in-depth analysis of production cost structure and the key factors and sources for the productivity improvement of meat-processing manufacturers were provided. The correlation and regression model was designed. It made it possible to determine the best use of the organizational resources. The aim of this model was to increase profitability in future sales. In course of the study there were presented statistical data of the main economic indexes of meat production in the Republic of Belarus, the volumes of meat products manufacture, profitability of the main types of meat products; analysis of production expenses of the meat processing branch.
