In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was analysed the physiological condition and productivity of calves in case of inclusion in their diets of energy-protein supplements. In course of the study there was explored the physiological condition and productivity of calves when the overall analysis of the zootechnical forages; palatability of the feed ration of bull calves by the method of accounting prescribed feeds and their residues, holding control of feedings once a decade in two consecutive days ; digestibility and metabolism of nutrients and mineral substances by the difference between the number of them , we proceed with the food and dedicated to the exchange of products ; - the composition of rumen fluid (pH , volatile fatty acids , the number of infuzory , ammonia , nitrogen fractions) ; morphology of the blood : red blood cells , white blood cells , hemoglobin; macro -and micronutrients in the blood potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron , zinc, manganese and copper; by atomic absorption spectrophotometer AAS; biochemical composition of serum total protein , albumins , globulins , urea , glucose , calcium , phosphorus, magnesium, iron; alkaline reserve blood; economic evaluation of bull breeding. Combined fodder with the use of supplements on the basis of extruded grain of rape, lupine, vetch, peas and vitamins instead of sunflower cake helps to get average daily weight gain of calves of 850-920 g with fodder consumption of 0.47–0.49 t of fodder units.
