In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was defined the reproductive ability and natural protective forces of an organism of servicing bulls during inclusion in a diet of a natural mineral additive. Introduction of limestone meal in the amount of 1.5% of the combined fodder weight into the rations of sires helps to increase indicators of natural resistibility by 0.7-7.5%. We have established the possibility of increasing reproductive ability of sires: the concentration of sper-matozoa in ejaculate increased by 2.6%, the volume of ejaculate – by 12.2%, the number of spermatozoa in ejaculate – by 16.4%. The percentage of defects in sperm production decreased.
