In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were examined theoretical and practical issues of human resource and investments, first of all according to outer sources (state, enterprises, private companies): the content, indicators, methodical approach to the determination of the structure on the stages of formation, usage and development of human resource. There was suggested method of calculation of investments into a human resource with use of information of the enterprises, departments, experts, a selective method and monitoring. The technique provides synthesis of calculations of expenses by life cycles and data of authorities, and statistical reporting. The volumes of investments are modernized (provided by the time of the last year) that gives to the analysis and the received results practical value for the effective management decision making.
