Possibility of the ultrafiltration while separating antigens of Mycobacterium bovis | Возможности ультрафильтрации при разделении антигенов Мycobacterium bovis.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of ultrafiltration while separating antigens of Mycobacterium bovis. In course of the experiment there was studied the effectiveness of fractionating of non-warmen and an autoclaved cultural filtrate of M. bovis on membranes of Millipore detaining of molecules weighing 10, 30, 100 kilo Dalton. The ultrafiltration on membranes with a limit of detention 100 kilo Dalton can be used for concentrating highly active in serological tests antigens of the causative agent of tuberculosis. The membrane with a limit of detention 30 kilo Dalton allows to allocate the fraction giving in the serological and allergic tests minimum cross activity. The M. bovis fraction weighing less than 10 kilo Dalton does not possess noticeable serological and allergic activity. Autoclaving worsens the possibilities of a fractionating, sharply reduces serologichal activity and specificity of antigens of the causative agent of tuberculosis, but significantly does not influence these indicators in an allergy test.
