In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in the RUP 'Experimental Farm BSAA' after the third insemination, were not fertilized from 4,2 to 8,3 % (6.1%), and after the fourth insemination 1,2 – 2,7 % (2.1 %) cows; in CHUP 'АCB' 'Gorades' – respectively 5,8 and 1,6 %. Housing method did not reasonably affect the frequency of syndrome 'Repeated Heat'. During biological investigation of uterine content of animals, after the illness and case of endometritis, were found microorganism. It was observed that more of pathogenic E. Coli. It was suggested that possibly infection occurred as a result of anti hygienic condition during parturition and possibly during artificial insemination. During early and effective treatment of cows with metritis or functional disorders in the ovaries, the frequency rate of syndrome did not increase.
