In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were described methods of production of live vaccines and their biological activity against avian reovirus tenosynovitis with the help of cell culture Vero and SPF-embryos of chickens. The research results proved that on the 21st day after the first vaccination in blood serum of the experimental chickens vaccinated with the presented vaccines there were marked antibodies in titers 1220.6 +/- 150.8 (Vero) and 1728.6 +/- 141.8 (SPF) respectively. This proved of high-level immunity maturation of high immunogenetic vaccine activity. On the 7th day after the second vaccination there was marked an authentic increase in relation to titer of antibodies of the 21-st day after the first vaccination and was respectively equal to 2427.2 +/-88.6 ans 2433 +/- 239. After the secon vaccination the titer of antibodies in blood serum of chickens raised insignificantly and stayed at the same level in course of 30 days.
