Chinese. 【目的】为了验证高原地方种质的改良效果,探索其杂种优势类群。【方法】以国内6个主要杂优模式群的12个代表自交系为母本,5个含高原地方血缘的自交系为父本,按照NCⅡ设计组配60个杂交组合,通过田间种植鉴定,对F1的单株产量等11个性状进行配合力分析。【结果】研究表明,各自交系的所有考察性状均存在显著或极显著的遗传差异。[结论]81111和8111沃具有较高的一般配合力,地方种质资源的改良取得了较好的效果,瑞德群体、旅大红骨与高原地方种质组配,易获得较强杂种优势。
Show more [+] Less [-]English. [Objective] In order to verify the plateau local germplasm improvement effect, explore the heterosis groups. [Method] In this study, we employed 12 typical inbred lines from 6 main heterotic pattern groups as female parents and 5 inbred lines which containing local plateau con-sanguinity as the male parents, designed 60 combinations following the NC U After field identifi cation, combining ability of F1 was detected by analysis 11 production traits such as yield per plant. [Results] Significant lines within these 11 higher general combini ralts. ng abi or extremely significant difference were exist in all of these inbred [Conclusion] The local inbred lines such as 81111, 8111WO show lity which means a progress in the improvement of local germplasm resources, and it is easy to gain strong heterosis by combining Reid or Lvdahonggu group with the local plateau germplasm.
