Chinese. 采用盆栽试验,分析低钾胁迫下耐低钾、不耐低钾玉米自交系不同部位钾、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量的变化规律。结果表明,低钾胁迫降低各部位钾和可溶性蛋白含量。与不耐低钾玉米相比,耐低钾玉米植株钾含量降幅较大,降幅由上部叶、中部叶、下部叶至根系依次减小;上部叶、中部叶及根系的可溶性蛋白含量降幅较大,下部叶可溶性蛋白含量降幅较小;上部叶、根系的可溶性糖含量下降,中部叶、下部叶的可溶性糖含量增加;低钾胁迫下不耐低钾玉米中部叶片可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白的变化趋势相反,耐低钾玉米根系钾含量与可溶性蛋白的变化趋势相反。
Show more [+] Less [-]English. By the experiments of potted low-potassium tolerant, the content variation of potassium, soluble pro tein and soluble sugar in different parts was researched. The result showed that, under the condition given deficient potassium, the contents of potassium and soluble protein decreases. The content of potassium in tolerant type decreases more significantly than that of intolerant ones, the variance reducing from upper leaves to roots(including upper leaves, middle leaves, lower leaves and roots); the content of soluble protein in upper leaves, middle leaves and roots decreases significantly, in lower leaves but slightly; the content of soluble sugar in upper leaves and roots of low-potassium tolerant type is lower, in lower leaves but higher. For the middle leaves of the tolerant type, variation of soluble sugar' s content is just the opposite of that of soluble protein' s content; for the roots of the intolerant type, the content of potassium varies oppositely when compared to that of soluble protein.
