According to the genetic tests which included mitotic index of bone marrow and spleen cells, abnormalities of sperm heads and also the changes in body weight of the treated mice were recorded. The results of current study may be summarized as follows: The dose 50 Mg/Kg did not show negative effects on the genetic material of laboratory mouse and these results were close to the control group. The doses 150 and 300 Mg/Kg showed a significant superiority in studied parameters (mitotic index of bone marrow and spleen cells, chromosomal aberrations and the abnormalities of sperm- heads) comparison with the other groups in both periods of drenching. The study showed that the drenching period had a high significant effect, whereas the group of mice which drenched for 7 days in percentage of mitotic index of bone marrow cells and spleen cells (13.22% VS 12.42%) respectively. The mice group which drenched 150 Mg/Kg, appeared a significant superiority in body weight gain (BWG) comparison with the other groups. * Part of MS.C thesis for the second researches.
