French. Une pourriture de Brachiaria ruziziensis sur sol podzolique est apparue en mai 1978 en Guyane française. Une bactérie pectinolytique appartenant à l’espèce Erwinia chrysanthemi a été isolée ; les biotypes et sérotypes ont été comparés à ceux d’autres souches d’E. chrysanthemi.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. A rot of Brachiaria ruziziensis Germain & Everard caused by a pectinolytic bacterium of the genus Erwinia was noted in French Guyana. Biochemical characters, serological tests and pathogenicity lead to the identification of Erwinia chrysanthemi biovar 3.
